Partial crank and engine seize

I have installed a fuel pump I am upon cranking the
engine I received a partial crank and a seize. I turned the
engine with pull bar and it did not feel any locking of
engine. Pulled coil and plugs and engine cranked with
ease. Notice 5 & 6 cylinder spewing fuel. I had
disconnected the injectors so not sure why they still
spewed. I replaced the plugs and installed new fuel
injector for 5. I received the same "seize". I'm running out
of answers. Please advise
