ELECTRIAL PROBLEM

F150 FORD ELECTICAL PROBLEM. WITH ENGINE RUNNING AND LIGHT SWITCH IN EITHER AUTO LIGHTS OR OFF POSITION PARKING LIGHTS, TAIL LIGHTS, LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS, DASH LIGHTS FLICKER ON AND OFF. WHEN SWITCHED TO PARKING OR HEADLIGHTS ONLY THE PARKING AND TAIL LIGHTS FLICKER.
DISCONNECT THE BATTERY GROUND WITH ENGINE RUNNING AND STILL DOES IT. SHUT OFF ENGINE AND LIGHT ACT THE SAME IN THE SWITCH POSITIONS. DISCONNECT BATTERY AND LIGHT GO OUT AND WHEN HOOKED BACK UP LIGHTS START ACTING UP. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Found Astostart Auto start system to be the problem and after disconnected system all lights work correctly and no flashing.
