2006 f150 windows not working on occasion

I have a 2006 f150. On occasion windows will work fine.  If i
shut truck off. They may not work for days.  Then one days.
Poof works for few. Shut truck off nothing no power.  
Replaced master switch.  Fuses,  kinda at loss.  One minute
they all work. Next they all dont

You have to do testing when problem is ongoing. Did you check voltage and ground on the hinge side of driver door, for master switch? Lite blue wire with black tracer is voltage and solid black wire is ground, use a test light for testing. That wire harness probably has a protective rubber boot covering, move the covering back enough to get at proper wire colors. On the left in diagram, you can see 30 amp circuit breaker, you can check for voltage at circuit breaker when problem is ongoing. You can see delay relay, unplug relay use jumper wire on the cavities for switch side of relay, the switch side is right side in diagram. Terminals 30 and 87, if windows work with jumper, then have to check control side of relay, left side in the diagram, that side needs voltage and ground. I can only help with testing. good luck
