05 f150 wont start has fuel and spark

Have a 2005 F150 just rebuilt the motor put it back
together was having Cam phase or issues upon
inspection add bed crank bearings purchased
replacement cams had the heads re machined
engine ran before just rough now won't start all the
wiring appears to be connected

Did you mess up the cam timing? It is very easy to do that.

I thought it might have been off also tore down and varified timing is correct phazers are in locked position as should be brand new cams cam bearings and a total engine rebuild as i stated before ran before im thinking the machinist might have damaged tthe plugs they spark yellow i tried a 4 weeler plug in the coil and it sparks blue
