A/c doesnt come on then all of a sudden it blows, if i touch fan or temp buttons
it shuts off then after a few minutes comes back on

You can check the resistor with a multi-meter set to ohms. I suspect you can get the specs for your vehicle off the net. If it is below spec on any lead, replace it.
