Truck not starting no dash lights relay clicking when bright light on

Determine which relay is clicking. The owners manual should have a numbered diagram of relays in the back of the book. Then a numbered chart indicating what the relay controls. If you mean the relay begins clicking when the brights lights are on, remove that relay and test it with a multi-meter. Does the engine crank when you turn the key? If no, check all connections including ground. Ensure battery has sufficient charge.
