Power Windows will not go up but down only

I have a 2005 F-150 super crew and my driver side controls operate the
windows up and down but 3 passenger windows go down but not up. I tried a
whole new driver side module and the same result. Once the windows are
down I have to go to the driver side to pick up the windows. Is this a broken
wire or a fuse, not sure where to start.

Check the boot on the drivers side door, the wires run through it. The window motors are DC, meaning polarity is reversed to make the window down or up. You could have a damaged wire.
