Will parts that are sold on Amazon the camshaft lash
adjusters and lifters fit a 2004 F150 with the same size
motor but they're listing only says for 2005 on up should it
matter

Buy OEM parts from Ford , I would think any lifter is hydraulic and adjustments are a thing of the past

If listed for a 2005 and up, why would you thing it would fit a 2004?
