Car over heating after new heads have been installed

Asked by GuruD3P5F Sep 30, 2017 at 10:08 AM about the 2002 Chevrolet Impala LS FWD

Car over heats or boils over after it's turn off new
heads have been replaced, thermostat changed the
radiator hoses upper and lower are both get hot.
We have bleed the system and gotten all the air out.
Stuck and don't know what else to do.

Any leaks? Pressure test system and cap. Test coolant temperature sensor also. Is the radiator original and if so has it been flushed out? Even though the radiator may not leak this old they lose their ability to dissipate heat. Are the fans working?
