Why is my F150 (2003) Stalling?

I just had my 2003 F-150 serviced.  New # 4 coil, all new spark plugs, trans, oil,
power steering and differential service also my air condition replaced by Ford.  
In the past three weeks it will stall after about 3 times of starting and stopping
after getting gas.  Why would this be happening?
