2003 F150-v8 starts but dies in a few seconds.

Asked by Rick195576 Dec 07, 2016 at 07:03 PM about the 2003 Ford F-150 XLT Extended Cab SB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck starts and after a few seconds, starts slowing down and then dies.  I removed gas cap and it ran without dying, but still lost power pulling up steep driveway.  Can't see any vacuum hoses off or damages.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
