My ac stopped working compressor cuts off and
on but blow regular air out vents

Take it to a professional to have the system checked for refrigerant leaks repair those leaks restore the refrigerant to its proper level (properly). The AC compressor clutch is cutting out when there is not enough refrigerant to pump .
