Is the 2003 F150 4WD automatic towable (4 wheels down)?

If the transfer case is manual and can be put in neutral it can be flat towed.

that would not be recommended as the transmission would not be lubricated as the car would be off therefore it could cause potential damage to the internal gears of the transmission, you would need to simply disconnect the driveline.
