Voltage at inertia switch f150 2003

Having fuel issues erratic got checking voltage at inertia switch. Key turned
on 13 volts and then drops to 7.5 volts also pulled fuel relay and still have 7.5
volts at inertia switch. This is with the switch unplugged

That is normal.You will only see battery voltage at the switch for a split second or 2,reason being when key is turned on,the fuel pump primes then after 2 seconds it cuts off.
