Transmission stuck in gear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just replaced the Clutch in my 2002
F150 now I have put transmission back  
but I cannot move the gear Shifter it
was working fine when I pulled it out
can someone help me to figure out
what I need to do to get It on StuckOr
what the problem may be

Never mind it is fixed. I left it in gear when I pulled the shifter. I rock in amit van loose all is working good

    I bought a shift repair kit, to remove slop in the shifting. The old rings were trashed! Removal was easy, installation easy but it is stuck in a forward gear and will not shift anywhere.
