New fuel pump new fuel filter I pulled gass lins off turns key on no fuel COMEING put of lines

Do you hear the fuel pump prime when the key is turned on? Have you checked the fuse and relay?

Did it run prior to replacing the fuel pump? Did you buy a cheap ass O'reilly Auto or similar pump?

Your truck may or may not have a pump control module located under the bed.

I forgot about the FPDM (fuel pump driver module). Under the bed near the spare tire and it drives the fuel pump.
