Obviously you have a short. With so many systems on that one fuse, tracing each line and connection will take forever. You can purchase an automotive short detector for less than 40 bucks. View the net for recommendations and how to use. Or you can disconnect each affected system one at a time to you reach a point where the fuse does not blow. When that happens, you will know which system has the short and begin checking there.
