Ok I have a 2002 f150 5.4l I just put a brand new motor in
it. When I turn the key over I get nothing other than the
clicking in the fuse box! Then when I cross the the starter
over it will crank but won’t start. what could be the
problem

Sounds like a bad relay. Try to find which relay is clicking or trade some around and see what happens. Which fuse box?

Did you use wire flags on the plug on the wire and the component and make sure they were all re-connected to the matching component If it ends up that you need a wiring diagram do a web search for Mitchel's manuals online . They have online manual's that are vehicle specific Prices start at about 16 dollars per 30 days 1 year for 36 dollars 5 years for 70 It sure beat buying a Clymer/Haynes manual at the parts store and when you finally get to what you want to know the manual tells you to take to an athorized service personal And you paid 35 dollars for that
