While in my house keys in house I hear my F150 trying to start, truck is locked switch is
in lock position. Drove truck about 4 hour before it started trying to start what is causing
this?
check for loose connection at the starter, something might be bridging the posts on your starter.

you might want to check your connections to you solenoid. or change it. it is on the left side of your firewall.

what would cause a ford f150 to not start only when it get cold The Battery is good 13. V and I have even tried to jump to give a little boost in CCA's Only when it is cold do i have this problem.

My firend said maybe the solenoid is the problem as he has a 1995 Ford car, not truck. Yet, the F150 has the same engine as my future son-in-law's car. Thank you!
