Where is the best place for me to bypass the firewall so I can tap directly into the battery for power?

if you have an automatic truck, there should be an area on the firewall that is perforated for drilling for a spot that the clutch would go in a manual truck, if you were going to drill through the fire wall that would be the best place

dont run ur wier wt out a fusr and drill a hole in ur fier wall by the brake

I power my CB through the power wire for the Cigarette Lighter. Its always on, with or without the key on. The only drawback is you gotta remember to turn it off even if the trucks already off.
