How to fix p0174 on ford?

2001 f150 is missing. Showing code p0174 started at the
most common in PVC valve,  PVC hose. Has now new
mass air flow sensor. Fuel pump and fuel filter and fuel
regulator has less then 3000 miles on them. Bought a
smoke machine to test vaccum leaks and found nothing.
Please help I'm at a lost

You may have to go through a few driving cycles for the code to clear unless you can remove it. Possible O-2 sensor? Without a live data recorder it is going to be difficult to pinpoint why the computer is throwing the code.
