Question type: Maintenance & Repair

ok I had taken the dash out to fix the vents and but some sound deadener in my 01 ford f150 5.4 crew cab 4x4. put everything thing back to gather and now the power windows don't work unless the dimmer switch is on also the windshield wipers no longer work as well. I have pit my scanner on it and can't find anything really with that. I have been working on cars for as long as I can remember. the drivers door before the disassembly was the only one that would roll up and down windows never looked at it until know. I know someone before me has been behind the dash and replaced something on the steering wheel. any help would be great. I'm to the point of just doing the redneck fix.

I tried to post diagram, the site wouldn't let me. I guess I did something wrong? Pull the acc delay relay, use jumper wire between terminals/cavities 30 and 87, terminal 30 is hot all the time. See if the driver side window will work? If it does, the problem is on control side of relay, somewhere, the relay is probably not faulty. The control side needs voltage and ground or the relay won't energize. I did some trouble codes for power windows, these are B type codes. Will your scanner check manufacturer specific codes?
