Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. I looked at your starter wiring circuit, I didn't see where your security system was involved? See the picture, have you tried jumping the starter relay to see if it will crank the engine? Use a screwdriver shank between the two large terminals, the starter motor should crank the engine. That doesn't mean it will start? Your bypassing everything when you do that, you need to make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. You don't want the vehicle to move. I don't know what testing you've done?
