Won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Got in my truck today and turned the key but it
won't crank. Everything has power and battery is
reading 13.5 volts. Not sure if I should be looking at
the starter ir the key

have some one tap the start while you start it. could be lots of things need. most likely its the starter.
