Won't start

I've replaced the
battery,
alternator,starter,
key cylinder,
solenoid when I go
to start my 1993
f150 dash lights
come on but won't
turn over but with
the key in the on
position i can start
it by cross jumping
the solenoid

Check the signal wire from the ignition to the solenoid for voltage when the key is turned to start. No voltage? Begin back checking.
