Dealer or specialty locksmith shop. A new transponder key will need to be purchased, cut to work with existing lock cylinder, and then the ECM and PATS will have to be reprogrammed to accept new transponder key.

Try the info in this post: https://www.fordf150.net/howto/patskey.php . You'll have to have at minimum a locksmith cut a new key from a blank, the chipped blanks cost about $20 and higher, but let the dealer of locksmith place obtain it as it's easy to buy the wrong one. So you are looking at buying the following: Two new blank transponder (chipped) keys. Key cutting to match existing lock cylinder. Reprogramming to have existing PATS accept new keys. The dealer MIGHT be able to cut the keys by code, the dealer that sold the vehicle may keep those codes for several years (15 years?). You'd have to check with them on that, otherwise a locksmith can do it be impressioning.

I suggest to find a local locksmith. He will duplicate your key for a fewer cost and you don`t need many documents as dealer is charging. I, personally, hired locksmith Toronto http://locksmithtoronto365.com/ and he bought blank key, cutted and programmed all of the things. I have a 2002 Ford Mustang
