what cause my ford f150 to run hot and the heater want get hot

overheating, themostat stuck, low coolant level, coolant leaking out somewhere, defective radiator cap

Low Coolant level - plugged Radiator, plugged Heater Core, impeller came off of Water Pump - everything Andrew mentioned - water flow or lack of it.
