A friend put a new starter in my 2000 Ford F150. Now my headlights and taillights wont turn off. Other then my lights not turning off the truck starts and runs fine. What is causing this to happen?

To check the relay turn the car in the on position and if u here clicking from the relay than its ok if not change it out

If the relay was bad I would think the lights wouldn't work? Ok, I checked the relay and it is working. So then would it be the lighting control modular?
