After replacing a fuel pump I ordered on EBAY it missing on at least 1 cylinder

If the fuel pressure and volume are within spec after the pump replacement, then you might have a clogged fuel injector

you might have stirred things up.do you put in a new fuel filter...clean the lines...try and add some ZMAX to your gas then.
