My turn signals blink fast and all the bulbs are goodds and fuses are good also. What would cause this ? I have a 2000 chevy cavalier

Check the bulb sockets to make sure they are grounded properly. You can use an ohm meter or just take a screwdriver and touch side of metal part of bulb and go to ground with end of screwdriver. If that slows the blinker that is the problem.
