My 1999 F150 losses power  fuel pressure
is about 38 psi with key on no start holds
that well about 40 psi idealing not shur
what to check next

Not having access to fuel pump pressure, is the pressure reading you are getting within specs? If so, try cleaning the MAF and throttle body and see if it helps.
