Brakes locking up on 98 Ford F150 Truck

Brake pads, brake calipers and hose has all
been changed but brakes still keep locking
up and smoking. What could be the problem.
Please help.

Does the pedal return to the up position when foot is removed? Could be the brake booster.

why would a booster only do it to the left front? doest a booster make it damn near impossible to push the pedal down to begin with
