Theft system

My ignition switch broke. It was stuck in
the ON position for a while completely
draining the battery. I changed the ignition
switch on my truck and put in a new
battery. Afterwards I attempted to start the
truck but I noticed the theft light flashing.  
Ignoring it I tried to crank it up and it won't
turn over.  What do I do to get my truck
back on the road?

The car is not seeing or recognizing the new ignition switch and key and will need to re-flashed at the dealer.

The key has to be programmed to match the computer or computer re flashed to match new key, u can't just replace it like the older vehicles
