I have a 1998 Ford f150 xlt 4.2 and I put a
new motor in it and used my old in take
upper and lower and every thing else is new
and after about 3200 miles it popped a code
p1537 and p1538 saying imrc were stuck
open so I pulled intake off checked the imrc
modules the bank one was not working at
all so I put ba New one in and it went out in
two days . For some reason the diaphragm
is getting damaged . I also put the truck on
my scanner and it showed only .4 volts to
one of the modules what would be causing
me these two problems.

The servos only feed info back to the pcm they aren't electrically operated they are vacuum operated. The vacuum solenoid is on the passenger side of the plenum on a metal bracket.
