i have the same problem with my t-tops in a car wash, they leak and there is no way around it, just be careful of car washes. i havent had a problem yet in the rain with t-tops

I had the same problem with my 89 camero convertible. I found that the hose in the rear seat side panel that takes the rain water to the ground was disconnected. You can check this by folding the top and leaving the top cover in the vertical position so that you can see this hose. This may also solve the t-top internal leaks. Good luck

to keep your t-tops weather stripping from gettin dry rotted use some silicone lube. for convertibles have someone hold a hose about your convert top & spray it while someone else checks the inside so they can trace the leak to the source. you can figure out if it's the weather stripping. some leaks can be fixed with marine grade sealant.
