Battery drying

Ive hook the battery and tried to jump  it but cables
were backwards now my battery keeps dying

Have the fuses and wiring inspected since you crossed the terminals in case you damaged something. Then also replace the battery. IF you already had to jump start it, I suspect it is ready to fail completely. Have the auto part store or garage load test it.
