large amount of air from bottom of truck

when I start my truck a large amount of air comes out from the bottom of the truck. same
thing happens when I drive untill I hit 45 miles an hour. What could it be?

No exhausted leaks. Large air comes out from under the fan clutch, I got the fan clutch replaced. Air stopped for 2 weeks.
