Is there a problem with the chime? Does it sound all the time? Or do you just want it to not make chime at any time.

I just wish to make it not chime when the door is left open and the key is still in the ignition. But if I sell it I would like to put it back to stock.

The chime probably sounds for other events, like the key being left in the ignition etc. You can disconnect the chime at the electrical connection. Locate the chime in the dash and disconnect.

OK. The chime is probably on the circuit board, but not positive. If it's the door which concerns you disconnect it from inside the door. The panel must be removed. The electrical connection is on the door latch system. You may not be able to see the connection due to the metal door frame in the way. Foy may have to feel for it. Tiny hands work best here if you have to reach behind. Look where the door latch hits the striker on the pillar, it should be right around there inside. Try tracing the wire with your hand
