Value vehicle with Reconstructed title

Usually the value is much less the one without. On avg 20%, but condition and who did the repair etc are all factored in. Personally I would stay away.

Hard to say. The vehicle is 24 years old, so not much value there. Even with a minor amount of body damage, an insurance company would total the vehicle. If the vehicle was worth, say, 4000,00 bucks. Two grand worth of minor body damage would total the vehicle. That is not a lot of damage. Ask the seller what repairs were done.
