Hard time starting and cuts off when driving

Asked by Guru9ZMKV8 Dec 20, 2020 at 11:57 AM about the 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced, the fuel pump,  filter, regulator,  the spark plugs.
To a 2002 chevy avalanche 1500. It still having a hard time
starting but once it does it  Idol no problem,  drive no
problem till you take your foot off the gas then it kills....
what am I missing!??

sounds like you have an idle problem? You have tac/throttle actuator control. Any applicable trouble codes relating to that system or others? You can clean throttle bore and around throttle plate. Don't force the throttle plate. Just my opinion.
