1995 eddie bauer. I've never had manual locking hubs before. Can I go in and out of 4 wheel drive while driving?

I wouldn't recommend it. The reason you have manual hubs is so the front drivetrain is not turning when driving in 2 wheel drive. If you leave the hubs locked in, you can switch to 4 wheel drive without getting out of the truck however, I would strongly recommend stopping and then switching from 2 to 4 wheel drive.
