My 95 with a 5.0 runs great but sometimes will not start, it will turn over but acts like it's not fireing, you might let it sit afew minutes and it will start right up, you might try it afew times aday for 2 weeks before it will start again. When it starts it runs great might run fine for weeks then it might cut of going down the road with no warning. Is there something that would be a likely cause?

It could be almost anything causing your issue. I would try a good tuneup, wires, plugs, cap, air filter and some injector cleaner....

Test the fuel pump, has the fuel filter been changed in the past 20 years?
