Aode 95 tranny

My 95 f150 4x4 had a electric pole fall on it
an it arced out, now my transmission will
start off in 2 or 3 sometimes till it warms up,
no rev or over drive

It hit just above passenger door, and yes it did arc, but I'm trying to figure if the electric got the module or solenoids, but what I don't get is it starting in a different gear, then warms up an goes 1-3 no problem but want go into od or reverse
