Why does 1995 f150 with the 5.9 v8 randomly die?

My trucks engine  randomly shuts off
while driving . I know it's not fuel
pumps because they both have been
tested and have good pressure and
all my spark plugs have spark. It dies
and won't start, not even with a jump
start but if I wait 20 minutes then it
starts right up and drives like normal.
Usually this happens once a week
and is fine the rest of the week. I've
already cleaned and tighented all my
electrical grounds and cables. What
could it be? The oil pump gauges
flucates a lot on my dash but it has
been regularly changed including the
filter ?

It is specified that system condition and prechecks be considered before looking for a part to replace, the readings taken and the testing steps be followed. consider possible causes, like fuel volume and fuel delivery when testing fuel pressure. Verify what aspect you lose during the event, if its cranking without fire, at the time it cranks but wont start, check spark output then. then verify injector pulse. which does it lack ? or is it compression or timing related? intermittant electrical? harness and connections? This is what Ford techs help with, all the above. Motorcraft parts will deliver better service, correctly, and longer.
