I have a 94 ford pickup F 150
I lost 1& 2 gear, 3 & 4 still work. (Standard )
What could be the problem?

Some sort of internal problem. If it has external shift levers check to see if one came loose.

Im pretty sure that has a top loader and willing to bet the shift fork within it is broken
