cruise control on 1994 f 150 not working. unplugged both horns and cruise works now. but no horn. what do i need to do to fix horn now?

all fuses and relays good. replaced clock spring. unplugged the horns, now cruise works
but no horn. how do i correct the "horn" problem. no trouble lights on.

removed horns and cleaned the bolt and bracket that the horns are attached to. installed horns. now cruise and horns work.
