Sounds more like a problem with the IAC and throttle body. Remove, clean, and make sure IAC is working. Could also be a vacuum leak or problem with PCM.

I am having this same issue anyone figure out the cause? I'm getting tps codes but have put 2 new ones on and have replaced everything electrical on the engine and replaced ecm
