It want start up and stay running

If you want it to run you have to hold the gas petle to the flour and let it crank up at a high speed, if you let off on it,  the truck will quit running

sounds ,like a bad AIC , but you won't know for sure unless you test it , let us know what happens

I put a new fuel pump in when I changed out the fuel tank, made sure all the wires were good, I will check the AIC out and let you know what I fine. Thank you Mark.
