1993 Ford F-150 clunks, but doesn't start when the key is turned

Worked fine yesterday but today when it tried to start it all I got was a clunking
sound coming from the passenger side when I try to start it.

Check voltage at the battery with meter making sure battery is up to snuff.

UPDATE: I decided to tow it to a shop and they diagnosed that it was the starter, thanks for the tip F_O_R
