Sounds like your thermostat is stuck open. With engine at operating temp feel the hoses going to the heater core at firewall. Is both cold or Luke warm? If so possibly thermastat stuck open or if you vehicle is equipped with a valve in the inlet hose to heater core it could be stuck closed. Is one hose hot and the other cold? If so your heater core is stopped up. Might try taking hoses off and back flushing water straight thru heater core. When water flows freely both ways hook hoses back up and check for heat in vehicle. If both hoses are hot then you have a damper door/actuator issue under the dash. Hope this helps
